10/26/16 Update: Please have your IT department add *.schooltube.com to your school's whitelist and/or make sure it is allowed past your schools firewall/web filter.
-If you continue to have issues viewing videos from school, please have them add the following domains to the whitelist: encoded.cdn.schooltube.com & video.cdn.schooltube.com
As part of our efforts to continually improve the quality and availability of our service, SchoolTube.com will be introducing an additional domain name for content delivery in the coming months.
Teachers and administrators should contact their IT department and inform them that the domain name "schooltubecdn.com" needs to be allowed through the web filter or firewall.
Please note that this new domain will be used in addition to schooltube.com. You will still continue to access SchoolTube from "schooltube.com".
If you have any questions or comments, please submit a help request.
SchoolTube will be upgrading our content delivery infrastructure to support our continued growth. In order to provide our users with the best possible service, we will be moving the delivery of all assets and videos to a new domain, "schooltubecdn.com".
Please ensure that all traffic to "schooltubecdn.com", "schooltube.com" and any subdomains is allowed over HTTP port 80 and HTTPS port 443.
